Currently Hiring: 1st Shift General Maintenance Tech

Schedule: Monday - Friday

The general maintenance technician performs routine facility upkeep and minor repair tasks to maintain building condition and appearance.

Functional responsibilities:

Wall patching and painting
Minor drywall repair
Caulking and sealing
Door hardware and door jamb
Ceiling tile replacement
Minor carpentry
Basic plumbing fixture adjustments (non-licensed scope)
Minor electrical fixture replacement (within licensed capability)
Routine building upkeep tasks

This position does not have responsibility for structural repairs renovations capital improvements or code-driven upgrades.

Qualifications

Basic experience in facility maintenance including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail especially regarding safety and equipment operations.
Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
