Job Summary
Our client a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences is looking for a "Real Estate Analyst" based out of South San Francisco CA(Hybrid).
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $60/hr on W2

We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the Real Estate Strategy (RES) team. This role focuses on transaction coordination lease compliance and portfolio management ensuring smooth execution of real estate activities and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end real estate transactions including leasing acquisitions and dispositions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal Finance Operations) and external stakeholders (brokers landlords tenants) to ensure timely execution.
- Manage lease documentation compliance and key dates (renewals expirations).
- Maintain accurate data records and project trackers for real estate portfolio activities.
- Assist with rent and payment processing and related financial coordination.
- Support property and facilities coordination and office operations.
- Ensure proper documentation filing and adherence to compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 510 years of experience in real estate administrative legal or finance roles.
- Strong organizational communication and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with lease management systems (e.g. Lease Harbor MyBuy) preferred.
- Ability to work in cross-functional matrixed environments.
