Senior Property Officer

Permanent Full Time

About the role

Youll deliver endtoend property management and lead property projects including:

Leasing and licensing negotiations renewals tenancy matters and issue resolution.
Acquisitions disposals encroachments road discontinuances and related statutory processes.
Clear defensible advice and recommendations balancing legal financial risk and community considerations.

Youll be part of a collaborative team that values sound judgement evidencebased decisions and practical innovation.

What were looking for

This role is suited to an experienced property professional ready to operate with autonomy and influence. Youll bring:

Strong Council/public sector property experience (highly regarded) with sound knowledge of property law and government practice.
Proven capability in lease/licence negotiations and managing complex stakeholder matters.
Experience delivering statutory land/transaction work (or comparable public land processes).
The ability to prioritise competing matters at pace while maintaining quality professionalism and strong relationships.
