The primary role is to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth ensuring strong partnerships operational stability and continued delivery of high-quality STEM learning outcomes.
The Opportunity
This is not a keep the lights on leadership role this is a growth impact and legacy role.
We are seeking a Part Time CEO (23 days per week) to guide our client through its next chapter working closely with the Board staff educators and industry partners. This position offers the opportunity to lead a purpose-driven organisation influence real educational outcomes and expand the reach of STEM learning across Western Australia.
This is a hybrid role with travel locally and across WA to engage with teachers students partners and stakeholders.
The Tasks Ahead:
- Leading the strategic direction and growth of the organisation
- Strengthening the organisations position as a leader in hands-on STEM learning
- Expanding partnerships across schools industry community and government
- Supporting delivery of high-quality engaging and innovative learning programs
- Enhancing organisational visibility reputation and funding pathways
- Ensuring alignment between strategy operations and program outcomes

You are a values-driven leader who thrives in purpose-led environments and is passionate about making a real difference. You bring strong leadership capability commercial awareness and the ability to translate strategy into action while building meaningful relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience (CEO GM Executive or similar)
- Experience across education STEM workforce development or community programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement across schools industry and/or government
- Ability to lead strategy operations and organisational growth
- Experience working with boards governance and accountability frameworks
- Strong people leadership and culture-building capability
- Genuine passion for empowering young people through practical real-world learning
