Job Summary

Step into the role of Operations Specialist where youll provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly while directly contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives. Youll prepare high-level board presentations coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs and design critical reports using business intelligence tools. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to monitor compliance activities support leadership on special projects and serve as the operational backbone ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization from board meetings to provider communications while gaining valuable exposure to strategic decisions that shape the future of value-based care.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in Delaware Maryland and the DMV area.

Primary Duties:

    • Preparation of materials such as board presentations practice communications and minutes for ACO board meetings.
    • Coordination of key events such as ACO retreats ACO kick-offs and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams.
    • Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.
    • Monitoring of compliance activities
    • Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects data requests and other program reporting requirements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred KSAs:

    • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
    • Project management process knowledge is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to travel up to 15% across the year for team retreats & events.
    • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and extensive keyboard use.
$24 - $28.85 an hour
Hourly Range: $24.00 to $28.85 an hour base bonus equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
