Responsibilities:
- Proactively manages inside sales customer base
- Understands customers business and creates plans pricing and strategies to fill the marketplace
- Fields new business inquiries determine the opportunities and handles accordingly
- Prospects new business
- Understanding of competitors products processes and capabilities
- Consults and adds value as a resource to the customer be proactive as a valued partner
- Team player who can help the sales organization achieve overall results
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or relevant experience
- 2 years experience in sales or related background
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial and business plans
- Ability to develop value-selling skills
- Strategic thought processes
- Ability to develop strong negotiating skills
- Thorough follow-up and record-keeping skills
