Resourcing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

Resourcing and Workforce Alignment

• Drive resourcing strategy to align team capabilities with project needs ensuring optimal team member placement for individual and client success.

• Collaborate with project managers team leads and stakeholders to address resource gaps and resolve conflicts proactively.

Parallax Implementation

• Lead the rollout and adoption of Parallax resourcing software ensuring seamless integration into operations and maximizing its functionality.

• Train and support team members in using Parallax establishing best practices and troubleshooting issues.
  

Collaboration Across Teams

• Partner with the Salesforce team to ensure project budgets timelines and success metrics are met.

• Work closely with the Talent team to define hiring requirements based on resourcing needs skill gaps and future workforce planning.

• Serve as a liaison between operational teams ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
  

Reporting and Insights

• Generate and analyze resourcing and operational reports for senior management providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Monitor KPIs related to project utilization resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  

Operational Leadership

• Contribute to cross-functional operational initiatives and strategies to support business growth and team development.

• Identify and implement process improvements in resourcing and operational workflows.

Skills and Experience:

• 5 years in resource management project management or a related operations role ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.

• Experience with resource management tools (e.g. Parallax other workforce planning software) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships across teams and functions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience training associated responsibilities and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
