What Youll Do as a Commercial Construction Project Manager:

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate communication between clients design teams and field crews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of construction.
• Review drawings revisions truss designs and panel layouts for accuracy and cost impact.
• Plan jobsite logistics schedules and material deliveries.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements scopes of work and change orders.
• Track project budgets job costs and monthly financial performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings to maintain progress and alignment.
