Bilingual Production worker Night Shift
Location: Houston TX
Shift: Night Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hr (higher for candidates with management education or experience)
About the Role
TMD Staffing is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) Production Leader for a food manufacturing client. This night shift role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience or management education but motivated individuals can start as a Production Helper and grow into the leadership role.
What Were Looking For
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Education in management or prior leadership/production experience preferred
Strong work ethic reliability and team leadership skills
Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM 6:30 AM)
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform production tasks (bending squatting pushing pulling climbing)
What Youll Do
Lead and support production team members during the night shift
Monitor production processes and ensure efficiency and quality
Enforce safety food quality and company standards
Train and assist employees on procedures equipment and safety practices
Start as a Production Helper if new to production with opportunities to grow into a leadership role
