Job Summary

The Production Worker supports the roasting process by following work orders performing quality checks maintaining equipment and assisting overall production operations.

Pay Rate: $24.50

Location: Lincoln CA

Shifts Available: 10:30am-7:00pm ( Monday to Friday must be willing to work weekends depending on business needs.)

Key Responsibilities

Ensure and report Food Safety issues
Transfer green coffee via forklift and keep storage areas clean
Maintain fire watch during roasting
Keep the dumping area clean and organized
Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor
Operate forklift safely
Update work order status in computer systems
Perform weekly roaster maintenance (cleaning disassembly/reassembly)
Follow all Safety GMP and company procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience required
Forklift experience a plus
Strong math and basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work overtime and weekends
