To handle all administrative duties as required by Executive Office and the General Manager.
Rate of pay for this position is $33.93
Responsibilities
Executive Office Support (Service & Integrity)
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager including calendar management scheduling and meeting coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas record minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-through
- Manage correspondence and inquiries with sound judgment discretion and professionalism
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and trust
Communication & Collaboration (Authenticity & Community)
- Serve as a key liaison between the General Manager hotel leadership ownership and corporate partners
- Draft and distribute clear professional communications that reflect Omnis voice and culture
- Support leadership meetings and associate forums that encourage transparency engagement and connection
- Build positive working relationships across all departments and levels of the organization
Administrative & Organizational Excellence (Innovation)
- Maintain accurate well-organized executive files reports and records
- Assist with expense tracking invoice processing and administrative budget support
- Support onboarding and coordination for senior leadership team members
- Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance efficiency and organization within the Executive Office
Special Projects & Brand Support (Service & Community)
- Assist the General Manager with special projects and hotel initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for VIP visits ownership meetings and corporate audits
- Provide administrative support for hotel events leadership functions and associate recognition programs
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
- 24 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Hospitality or hotel operations experience strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear confident written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional polished demeanor paired with a warm service-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment
- High level of discretion emotional intelligence and personal integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
Work Environment & Scheduling
- Ability to work in a dynamic guest-focused hotel environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings weekends or holidays as business needs require
