Administration Assistant Radiology
West Midlands Hospital
Part Time 20 hours per week
(working days Monday Thursday and Friday)
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Radiology team.
This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients Consultants and all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skills initiative the ability to work within a team and must be computer literate experience with Word and Outlook being use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.
What you will bring with you
Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels both written and oral.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
Positive willing attitude
Self-motivated and possess strong organisational interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
