Department overview

Strong and well-developed JLLs Office Agency and Tenant Representation team of professionals delivers complex top quality advice and transactional support including leasing strategy market search restructuring portfolios office acquisitions/relocations negotiations/ renegotiations. On top of this JLL provides wider office advisory including workplace strategy green certification technical consultancy and cost analysis fit-out as well as land advisory investment sales and acquisitions research property management and valuations. JLL is active across the country in both well-developed and emerging locations including smaller cities.

Role Purpose

This position is to contribute to the growth of Tenant-Rep Team in Portugal

What this job involves:

• Maintain and develop close relationship with existing clients core developers active on the market as well as with potential clients
• Provide comprehensive integrated expertise regarding office buildings which requires in-depth knowledge of every aspect of building specification occupation and location
• Proactively search for new potential business opportunities (cold calling establish new contacts with tenants and landlords close brokerage transactions)
• Provide superior client service (accompany clients during viewings run meetings deliver presentations on office market)
• Manage and lead local and corporate Office Leasing instructions
• Ensure high quality of services and that all work is delivered on time to satisfaction of the client ensure that all the reports property particulars proposals presentations and other outputs delivered to clients are reliable and contain updated and relevant information
• Prepare various proposals and presentations
• Attend pitching meetings and calls
• Assist Research department in collecting and updating information on the office market
• Provide clients with current up-to-date knowledge about the office markets situation trends forecasts and information about planned projects
• Deliver financial comparison as an integrated part of the analysis

• Good selling negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent command of English
• Highly numerate with very good analytical skills
• Commercial acumen and interest in the wider real estate market
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Energetic persistent self motivated and well organised
• Outgoing personality and enthusiastic can-do approach to work
• Good consulting/business winning/client management skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and clients
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
