Job Summary

We are currently partnering with a leading international travel management company to recruit Senior Business Travel Consultants for an exciting and fast-growing project.

This is a great opportunity for experienced travel professionals seeking a flexible remote or hybrid role anywhere in Portugal within a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements (flights hotels car rentals etc.)
Provide high-quality support to corporate clients ensuring a smooth travel experience
Handle changes cancellations and complex itineraries efficiently
Work with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to search book and manage travel services
Ensure compliance with travel policies and client requirements
Deliver excellent customer service via phone email and digital channels

Your Profile

Fluent in German (C1/C2) and a good level of English
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Travel Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing complex travel requests
Able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
