Our customers rely on us to keep their operations runningand were looking for a Regional Account Manager who thrives on developing relationships and growing business in the field. If you enjoy consultative selling owning your territory and partnering with customers to solve real-world industrial challenges this role is for you.
Essential Functions
- Own and grow a defined sales territory in the Syracuse and surrounding areas
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business and account growth
- Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting cold calling needs assessment presentations quoting and closing
- Serve as a trusted advisorconnecting customers with Perfection Servos repair and remanufacturing expertise
- Leverage CRM tools and sales resources to manage pipeline activity and territory strategy
- Collaborate closely with experienced customer service and technical support teams to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
Experience Education and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in related field OR a 2-year technical degree preferred
- 1 year of industrial sales experience preferably selling repair services or technical solutions
- Experience in electronics hydraulics robotics servos or mechanical components is a strong plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Organized self-motivated and able to manage time independently in the field
- Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications
- Valid drivers license; overnight travel may be required
- Regular customer visits in industrial environments ability to stand and walk throughout the day
- Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs
