Job Summary
Full-Time Field Nurse (LPN/RN) Home Health (Trach Vent & G-tube Care)
Pay: $30 $36/hr
Schedule: MonFri 6:00 AM 6:00 PM Weekends 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
We are seeking dependable and versatile Field Nurses to provide specialized home health care for patients with tracheostomies ventilators and G-tubes. Join our team and make a real difference in patient care!
Qualifications:
Active LPN or RN license in Virginia or valid multi-state compact license
Home health or home care experience preferred
Skilled in trach vent and G-tube care
Reliable flexible and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care following the plan of care
Monitor and manage trach vent and G-tube care including emergencies
Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time
Perform skilled nursing services as needed
