Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Franklin Woods Center 13013 for a 2nd shift opening. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills leadership ability and experience supervising support staff.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants
Monitor and document patient progress
Respond to changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State-specific)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM 11:30 PM)
Professional dependable and team-oriented
