You will work directly with business owners executives and in-house counsel helping them navigate disputes with a practical business-first mindset.

Commercial Litigation Associate Responsibilities

Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and legal briefs
Lead assigned cases while collaborating closely with litigation partners
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy and analysis
Coordinate with paralegals and support staff on active matters
Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy
Participate in depositions hearings mediations and court proceedings
Handle multiple active matters while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Commercial Litigation Associate Qualifications

JD and Admission to practice law in New Jersey required
2 years of commercial litigation experience required
Experience drafting motions pleadings and discovery materials required
Experience managing discovery and client communications required
