Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support IT and business operations by gathering requirements documenting processes and assisting in project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops
Create user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items
Support prioritization and refinement with stakeholders
Develop process flows using Visio
Document current and future state workflows
Create SOPs guides and operational documentation
Support process improvement initiatives
Track deliverables tasks and dependencies
Document meeting notes and action items
Assist with testing and UAT coordination
Support change management and training materials
Maintain reports and dashboards
Collaborate with business teams IT teams and leadership
Communicate requirements and project updates clearly
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in business analysis or related role
Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Proficiency in Visio Excel Word Teams and PowerPoint
Experience with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
Experience with process mapping or IT project support
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT or public sector environments
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SharePoint Azure DevOps or Power BI
Knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies
