This role is crucial in overseeing and leading a team of commercial relationship managers to maintain and grow clients through increasing services and mobility assets penetration (share of wallet/fleet)and guarantee best in class client experience.

The Relationship Management MD is accountable for driving revenue growth through strong commercial skills and team leadership and for maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Team Leadership coaching and driving an operational discipline to build a strong SoW pipeline and monitoring credit line renewals. Monitor commercial targets and KPIs: Origination Revenue VUMs eVUMs and Services and orchestrate the business for execution.
  • Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
  • Developing strategies to grow accounts increase revenue and meet company goals. This involves upselling cross-selling and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Leading new projects to improve client experience and business innovation

- Education and Experience

  • BS or BA in business or related field required
  • MBA desirable
  • 10 years in B2B sales or account management environment preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • 5 years management positions

- Knowledge and Competencies

  • Commercial mentality: service penetration and client relationship focused
  • Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading to the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
  • Ability to travel
  • Preferred experience in a financial services customer-facing commercial sales position
  • Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs
  • Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management
  • Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
