We are a profitable bootstrapped SaaS company that helps creative teams collect clear contextual feedback directly on their work including websites images PDFs emails and video. The product replaces long email threads and annotated screenshots with a single shared link and in-context comments.
The company is small fast-moving and fully remote with a strong product-led growth motion and a loyal customer base of creative teams and digital agencies.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth Marketer focused on SEO content and distribution to take ownership of our organic growth efforts. To date marketing has been largely founder-led and executed ad hoc. This role is the first dedicated marketing hire and is responsible for building a consistent scalable organic growth engine.
Organic discovery is already working through search word of mouth and increasingly through AI and LLM-driven channels. This role exists to systematize optimize and expand those efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Own SEO and content strategy end-to-end from keyword research and topic selection to writing publishing and optimization
- Research search intent and audience needs particularly for digital agencies and creative teams
- Produce high-quality SEO-optimized written content that compounds over time
- Continuously refresh and improve existing content to increase rankings relevance and conversions
- Optimize content structure and clarity for LLM and AI-driven discovery channels
- Track performance across rankings traffic and engagement and iterate based on results
Content Distribution & Amplification
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts threads and updates for social channels
- Manage and grow the companys social presence as a distribution channel not just a brand channel
- Reinforce key themes across multiple surfaces to drive consistent organic traffic
Secondary Responsibilities (as capacity allows)
- Write content for feature launches and product updates
- Support light co-marketing partnerships or guest content initiatives
- Propose and test adjacent content-led growth ideas
Required Hard Skills
- Proven experience in SEO and content-driven growth
- Strong keyword research and on-page optimization skills
- Excellent written English with clarity structure and persuasive flow
- Experience using content as a primary growth lever not just a branding tool
- Familiarity with analytics performance tracking and iterative improvement
Soft Skills & Traits
- Highly self-directed and comfortable owning an entire function
- Strong research instincts and curiosity about audience behavior
- Organized and consistent in execution
- Comfortable working in a lean low-process environment
- Motivated by long-term compounding growth rather than short-term hacks

You have worked in a SaaS agency or content-led growth environment where organic acquisition mattered. You may have agency experience or have marketed to digital agencies and creative professionals. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and enjoy both strategy and hands-on execution.
Experience with bootstrapped or product-led SaaS companies is a strong plus as is curiosity around how AI and LLMs are changing discovery and search behavior.
