We are looking for a Bilingual AI Content Marketing Strategist who is equally fluent in English and Spanish and can write with clarity authority and precision for both audiences. This is not a copywriting or content mill position. It is a strategic AI and data-driven content role focused on helping our brand rank and perform across both traditional search and AI-driven discovery engines.
This position will play a key role in the long-term content growth of our site working alongside our North American Ecommerce and SEO teams.
You will help transform the content foundation of from AI-generated drafts into professionally optimized high-performing marketing content. You will write edit and optimize Spanish content while maintaining consistency with our English-language brand standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing new high-quality Spanish content for product listings landing pages and blog articles targeted at the Mexican and Central American commercial construction industry.
- Supporting occasional English-language writing projects for our U.S. and Canadian websites when needed.
- Applying keyword research and user intent data to guide tone structure and messaging.
- Developing article topics and long-form content that speak to B2B professionals including project managers contractors and facility owners.
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini strategically to enhance productivity not as a substitute for expertise or originality.
- Collaborating with the Content SEO and Digital Marketing teams to ensure all writing aligns with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.
- Tracking content performance metrics analyzing engagement and ranking data and using insights to improve results.

- Strong understanding of SEO keyword research and AEO.
- Experience writing for technical architectural or construction-related topics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Surfer SEO Ahrefs or Clearscope.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Based in Mexico with stable internet professional workspace and full-time availability.
