These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.

In digital marketing at PwC you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns optimising website performance and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.

Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. This role is responsible for prompt development AI content strategy and AI writer enablement for proposal writing and storytelling excellence.

The individual will play a critical role in designing scalable AI approaches that can be leveraged by the entire writing network and/or the broader Integrated Pursuit & Support (IP&S) to deliver high-quality client-focused proposals.

In addition to personally using and developing AI solutions this role is responsible for helping other writers understand and effectively apply new prompts tools and best practices scaling impact across teams while maintaining quality accuracy and brand alignment.

This role also includes proposal writing responsibilities contributing to the overall content and narrative of proposals through writing editing storytelling and ensuring clarity flow persuasiveness and readability.

Skills and Experience Requirements

This position requires a high level of skill in both written and spoken English.

  • 5 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree in journalism communications English Data/Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience writing marketing business development or client-facing content
  • Strong storytelling editing and sales writing skills
  • Experience using AI tools for content development prompt engineering and content strategy
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and coach others on new tools or processes
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strategic mindset with comfort testing refining and scaling new approaches
  • Collaborative approach and interest in knowledge sharing
