This is asenior content strategist and writer role but at Kalungi the work doesnt start with writing.
As a Kalungi Scribe work begins with people not keywords. We extract insight from founders customers and the market then turn that insight into clear narratives and high-impact content for B2B SaaS GTM.
We dont start from briefs or prompts; we start from interviews research and pattern recognition. SEO-friendly and high-converting content that ranks is the result of our Scribe work.
We use AI because it can help with drafting and speed but AI cant decide what matters. Thats our job.
What youll do
1. Extract human signal
- Run interviews with founders customers sales teams and subject-matter experts
- Mine calls transcripts win/loss notes and field conversations for non-obvious insights
- Identify patterns tensions and language buyers actually use not what tools infer
2. Turn insight into narrative and positioning
- Translate raw signal into clear positioning messaging and POVs for B2B SaaS companies
- Create messaging and positioning guides teams can use across marketing and sales
- Partner with the Syntropy Navigator (CMO) to ensure narrative clarity drives GTM strategy
3. Write and shape high-impact content
- Website copy (core pages positioning use cases)
- Long-form content like webinars lead magnets guides and narrative-driven reports
- Blog content grounded in original insight not recycled opinion
- Ad copy and landing page copy that reflects real buyer language
- Founder and customer stories
- Social and distribution content that carries signal not fluff
4. Repurpose with intent
- Turn interviews webinars and long-form assets into cohesive content systems
- Repurpose insight across blogs social email and sales enablement without diluting the core narrative
- Ensure every derivative asset reinforces the same story
5. Use AI to accelerate not replace thinking
- Use AI tools to support research synthesis drafting and repurposing
- Set up prompts workflows and content libraries that speed up production while preserving voice and signal
- Act as the editor-in-chief: refining correcting and deciding what should not be automated.

This role is not:
- A keyword-first SEO content role
- A blog factory or content ops position
- Prompt-only AI writing or ghostwriting
- A volume or velocity output function

You likely have experience in content strategy writing journalism research product marketing or strategy ideally in B2B SaaS.
You are:
- A strong interviewer who knows how to ask the question behind the question
- A sharp synthesizer who can turn complexity into simple precise language
- A confident writer who values clarity over cleverness
- Comfortable shaping messaging positioning and narrative not just executing briefs
- Fluent enough in B2B SaaS to recognize real signal versus surface-level noise
- Experienced using AI tools as support without outsourcing judgment to them
