Birmingham City Council is transforming how we deliver our Street Scene services. This role sits within our Operations Performance & Compliance team supporting the data insight and compliance foundations that drive real operational change.
Were looking for an organised and analytical Performance & Compliance Officer to join us on our transformation journey. This is a key role supporting the delivery of accurate performance reporting robust compliance processes and continuous improvement across the service.
Working closely with the Senior Performance & Compliance Officer youll help shape performance frameworks contribute to audits monitor compliance activity and provide highquality insights that support effective decision making.
