A growing nonprofit organization is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to strengthen donor stewardship support fundraising initiatives and manage a small donor portfolio. This role combines hands-on donor engagement with team support training and performance tracking.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage and strengthen relationships with mid-level donors
Represent the organizations mission in all donor interactions
Oversee onboarding training and mentorship of donor relations team members
Maintain and update training materials and onboarding processes
Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Back Office teams on campaigns and donor initiatives
Oversee donor stewardship logistics including thank-you packages and engagement efforts
Track outreach activity and performance using Salesforce
Run weekly check-ins coach for quality and results and hold team members accountable
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in donor relations fundraising sales or relationship management
Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Experience coaching or supporting small teams
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Decisive action-oriented and adaptable
Familiarity with EOS structure is a plus
Salary: $60k - $75k/Year
