Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare higher education and large complex organizations is a bonus.
Experience with content management systems (Wordpress) email distribution tools (ContactMonkey) and project management platforms (Workfront) preferred but not required.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
Duties/Responsibilities
Monitor shared inbox assess requests for routine health system-wide email distribution escalate as appropriate. Format and lightly edit health system-wide emails manage approval process distribute email to designated listerv.
Transcribe monthly manager/leader meeting minutes summarize key presentations manage presenter approvals post summary on intranet distribute email to designated listerv.
Maintain list of institutional awards and achievements create simple presentation slides for use by for use by manager leaders.
Manage intranet web content including submitted Cheers to Peers staff briefs employee discounts and routine banners crated by vendors.
Provide general support and coordination for various Communications Department communications projects and initiatives encompassing Issues and Reputation Management Crisis Communications Internal and Executive Communications and Media Relations.
