Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Director-level leadership and staff
- Manage complex calendars meetings and departmental scheduling
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including visa and passport processing
- Draft and distribute organizational communications and meeting materials
- Support onboarding interview scheduling and visitor logistics
- Coordinate logistics for department meetings events trade shows and team activities
Requirements:
- 2 3 years of experience providing administrative support to Director-level leaders
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience coordinating international travel
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and administrative systems
