  • Experience supporting Science & Technology or technical teams
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting

  • Prior experience supporting Corning or similar large organizations
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities proactively

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Director-level leadership and staff
  • Manage complex calendars meetings and departmental scheduling
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel including visa and passport processing
  • Draft and distribute organizational communications and meeting materials
  • Support onboarding interview scheduling and visitor logistics
  • Coordinate logistics for department meetings events trade shows and team activities

Requirements:

  • 2 3 years of experience providing administrative support to Director-level leaders
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience coordinating international travel
  • Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and administrative systems
