HRIS Director (Healthcare Environment)
Salary 126k-214k DOE
A dynamic healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to oversee and optimize Human Resources Information Systems. This role will ensure HR technology solutions effectively support operational and strategic business needs across the organization.

Overview
The HRIS leader will provide strategic and operational oversight of HR systems integrations and projects. This position partners closely with Talent Management Information Systems and executive stakeholders to ensure HR technology aligns with business priorities and drives measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide vision leadership planning budgeting and project management oversight for HRIS operations
Ensure HR technology infrastructure supports current and future business needs within the Office of Talent Management
Manage and maintain integrations between HR systems and enterprise applications
Lead HRIS-related projects upgrades implementations and enhancements
Partner with Talent Management Information Systems and Information Security leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives
Drive business outcomes through effective HRIS strategy and optimization
Ensure continuity system reliability data integrity and high-quality service delivery to end users
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher
10 years of HRIS experience
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with UKG
At least 1 year of experience in one of the following areas:

Strong knowledge of HR systems architecture integrations and data management
Demonstrated experience leading HRIS initiatives in complex environments
