Technical Projects Analyst Technical Operations
Location: Miami FL

The Technical Projects Analyst will support the Technical Operations team by managing and analyzing projects tracking performance metrics and providing actionable insights to drive operational efficiency. This role focuses on translating complex project and operational data into clear actionable recommendations while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect track and analyze project data and operational metrics from multiple internal and external sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and project trackers that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify trends patterns and potential risks and translate findings into project and business recommendations
• Support project planning resource allocation forecasting and change management initiatives
• Ensure timely updates accuracy and troubleshooting of project reporting tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams subject matter experts and stakeholders to define project KPIs metrics and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes reporting efficiency and data visualization

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Analytics Data Science Engineering or a related field
• Masters degree a plus
• 3 5 years of experience in project management data analytics or technical operations
• Relevant internships or educational experience may be considered in lieu of full-time experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret project and operational data
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in project tracking and reporting
• Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to think critically and make data-driven recommendations to support operational decisions
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with large or ambiguous datasets
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong business operational and project management acumen

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
