40We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst Epic Grand Central to
support and optimize our Epic scheduling and patient access this role you will partner with clinical operational and technical teams to ensure reliable efficient scheduling workflows that enhance the patient and caregiver experience.
This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing scheduling and patient access workflows ensuring system reliability and partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable high-quality solutions that support access to care across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency.
Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance upgrades and implementations.
Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity
Participate in projects related to system enhancements integrations and new implementations
Whats Available:
Fulltime 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
Monday-Friday core business hours
Remote work options for residents in WI MN or IA only with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives in either La Crosse WI or Green Bay WI.

Starting salary of $65000/ year and up based on your relevant work experience
Based on experience this position may also be filled at an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst level.
An Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Education: Bachelors degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Certifications: Epic Grand Central certification is required.
Strong analytical and problem solving experience
Strong understanding of scheduling registration and patient access workflows
Experience gathering requirements and working directly with operational stakeholders
Ability to analyze issues identify solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly
