Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead the design implementation and operational ownership of enterprise network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments ensuring secure resilient and high-performing connectivity across cloud and on-premises networks.
Design and implement network security controls (firewalls segmentation secure connectivity) in alignment with enterprise security standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
Drive performance optimization through proactive monitoring capacity planning and continuous improvement across multiple regions.
Oversee critical network components including firewalls VPNs load balancers and monitoring tools- ensuring reliability and security by design.
Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure engineering teams to integrate hybrid and multi-cloud networking solutions seamlessly.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for global network infrastructure including active/active designs regional failover and resilient routing.
Provide technical leadership for vendor solutions including design validation performance review and performance reviews for network services and hardware.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams fostering a culture of operational excellence and security-first principles.
Ensure adherence to company policies regulatory requirements and mandatory training standards. Functional & Behavioral Competencies required:
