- Present and explain vehicle financing options to customers
- Encourage the purchase of aftermarket products and extended warranties
- Accurately complete the required documentation
- Seek and maintain good working relationships with lending institutions
- Secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for customers
- Meet dealership goals
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
Qualifications:
- Experience is required
- Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
- High ethical standards and strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service communication and decision-making skills
- Computer proficient a good work ethic and professional appearance
- Must have good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks
