Job Description:
Plans coordinates and performs manufacturing engineering work for projects or processes of limited scope. Works in a team environment supporting product delivery and order fulfillment processes while ensuring efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support analysis and development of manufacturing methods process steps and equipment
Assist in feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions
Help draft engineering standards and evaluate their effectiveness
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with suppliers contractors and cross-functional teams
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in product development and engineering activities
Work within project plans to achieve defined goals
Support knowledge-sharing and process improvements
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
Support Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) assembly operations
Identify and implement improvements in safety quality cost and delivery
Lead small-scale capital improvement projects
Develop and maintain assembly layouts labor standards and workflows
Implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
Troubleshoot and support ongoing assembly operations
Required Skills:
Manufacturing process knowledge (1 3 years)
Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems
Project implementation in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Self-driven with ability to work independently

Education:
