Job Description:

As a Sales Officer you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships in the insulation market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of accounts including contractors builders distributors and project clients.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities in the insulation and construction market.
  • Prepare and deliver product proposals quotations and lead pricing negotiations.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits and deliver product presentations to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations logistics and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends competitor activities and evolving customer requirements to stay ahead.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
