GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Salary: Php 40000 - Php 50000
Job purpose:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns promotions events and always-on marketing initiatives. This role ensures all creative outputs are on-brand commercially effective and delivered efficiently across multiple channels contributing to overall engagement and business performance.
What will be your key responsibilities
Campaign & promotional creative
- Take briefs and translate them into high-quality creative outputs
- Design and roll out campaign creative across multiple channels (sales launches seasonal campaigns)
- Adapt master creative into multiple formats sizes and versions quickly and accurately
- Update existing assets with new pricing dates offers and messaging
- Support fast-paced campaign delivery with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Digital marketing & performance assets
- Create assets for paid media (Meta Google Display YouTube programmatic)
- Design website assets (homepage banners landing page graphics tiles hero imagery)
- Produce EDM/email assets (headers modules promotional graphics)
- Develop social media creative (organic and paid)
Print & collateral
- Design press ads (newspaper magazine)
- Create brochures flyers postcards and direct mail
- Develop sales collateral and supporting materials
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct specifications
Events & experiential
- Design event signage (pull-up banners posters wayfinding backdrops)
- Create presentation decks and templates (PowerPoint/Canva)
- Develop event collateral (programs menus name badges handouts)
Brand & creative consistency
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines (fonts colours layouts tone)
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints and channels
- Contribute to templates toolkits and scalable design system
Asset management & workflow
- Manage and organise design files and asset libraries
- Ensure correct naming conventions version control and file storage
- Source and curate imagery aligned to brand destination and licensing requirements
- Work efficiently across multiple projects and stakeholders
What are we looking for
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign Figma and Canva
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to design across both templated and custom environments
- Solid understanding of print and digital design specifications
- Experience in video editing motion graphics or animation
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Experience creating simple video or animated assets for campaigns
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
