CTC: Up to 60–65 LPA (including variables)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the P&L and drive long-term brand growth for Yoga Bar. This is a priority mandate. The role will own brand strategy communication digital growth NPD media planning and cross-functional execution to enhance market share penetration and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead brand & business planning including market analysis category insights and long-term vision.
Own end-to-end brand communication across ATL BTL & Digital.
Drive digital marketing performance and track brand health metrics.
Lead New Product Development (NPD) packaging and launch planning.
Plan and execute consumer promotions pricing actions and trade initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Sales Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing and agency partners.
Manage media planning and ensure campaign effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
Candidate Profile:
MBA with strong brand marketing experience in FMCG/D2C.
Preference: D2C Food brands (1st preference).
2nd Preference: Personal Care D2C brands.
Target companies include: Licious True Elements The Whole Truth and similar high-growth D2C brands.
Strong ownership mindset analytical ability and strategic thinking.
