ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Associate partners closely with cross-functioning Analytics Planning and Investment teams to support data operations and performance optimizations. You should have a growing understanding of tools within the media analytics and research space as well as experience in data collection quality and governance to facilitate reporting and modeling.

YOUR IMPACT:

Own the integration and organization of media data across platforms / Partners (e.g. Paid Social Display Video Search Programmatic)

Conduct thorough data cleaning transformation and QA to ensure consistency and reliability

Partner with cross-functioning Data Operations teams to validate data pipelines troubleshoot issues and maintain data alignment

Maintain documentation of data sources logic and processes for transparency and auditability

Proactively identify data discrepancies recommend solutions and escalate as needed

Assist in maintenance and optimizations of recurring performance dashboards and KPI tracking (e.g. ROI purchase intent site analytics).

Stay informed on evolving media platforms and data specs to inform best practices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Math Business or Sciences preferred) with 2 years experience in data analytics or BI.

Experience with data operations preferred but not required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to communicate across written verbal and presentation formats.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities adapt to change and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with key platforms preferred:

Preferred: Power BI DOMO Tableau Google Analytics SQL

Ad Tech: Flashtalking/Innovid GCM Trade Desk Amazon DSP

Coding: R Python SQL (preferred)

Media Buying: Prisma (preferred)

Research Tools: Kantar Cint Upwave Circana 1P lift studies
