Position Summary
Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) a trusted partner to federal health agencies is seeking an Onboarding Analyst in support of a complex federal contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)/Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This is a full-time position responsible for managing and supporting contractor onboarding to the VA. The Onboarding Analyst ensures that all active personnel meet regulatory compliance and VA requirements necessary to deliver safe high-quality patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support PFS and its network of VA partner organizations throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for all selected providers
- Track document and report onboarding progress in accordance with VA regulatory and compliance standards
- Maintain the accuracy completeness and integrity of onboarding files in both electronic and hard-copy formats
- Conduct ongoing reviews and audits of onboarding files decisions and supporting documentation
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reports identifying onboarding status gaps and missing information
- Collaborate closely with PFS partners and VA Medical Staff Offices as needed
- Monitor and stay current on changes to VA onboarding requirements policies and standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration business or a related field
- Working knowledge of onboarding best practices and operational processes
- Strong communication project management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of onboarding requests.
- Proficiency with onboarding systems databases and related IT tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely.
- Ability to obtain a public trust
