Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations across all units. (Diagnostic Center Medical shop)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Gujarat State units.
  • Maintain infrastructure facilities and vendor management.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

HR & Recruitment

  • Handle recruitment onboarding and staff deployment across Units.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance systems.
  • Manage payroll coordination and leave management.
  • Implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and staff training support.

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and labor laws.
  • Handle registrations renewals and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors consultants and authorities.
  • Manage compliance related to medical establishments and pharmacies.

Financial & Office Support

  • Support budgeting and expense monitoring.
  • Verify bills invoices and operational expenses.
  • Coordinate with accounts department.
  • Ensure cost-effective operations.

Program & Field Support

  • Support breast cancer awareness programs and camps.
  • Coordinate logistics for medical camps and outreach activities.
  • Ensure availability of staff equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor implementation of early diagnosis initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Gujarati.
  • Ability to manage multi-location operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of government regulations.
