Your Tasks
Provide strategic commercial support on P&L management value chain analysis budgeting RGM and customer profitability in General Trade
Partner with RSMs and S&CMs for business planning and quarterly forecasts
Review and track monthly sales spends (Schemes Visibility Claims etc.)
Present commercial and financial insights at month-end and sales review meetings
Drive SOP adherence and propose process enhancements aligned with field realities
Strengthen commercial hygiene documentation claim validations scheme circulars
Drive improvement along with Commercial Ops team for accounts receivable collection of dues monitor overdue ageing periodic reconciliation with distributors and ensure collection of NOCs
Execute and lead commercial efficiency projects to drive automation or simplification
Review risk assessments and ensure Risk Control Matrix adherence across GT processes
Collaborate on contract discussions with distributors ensuring financial clarity and compliance
Track financial KPIs relevant to GT operations
Uphold and strengthen internal controls with discipline and transparency
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience including at least 2 years in a commercial finance role in FMCG
Strong experience in General Trade channel operations schemes and receivables
Excellent command of written and spoken English
