PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY:
TheSchoolbased therapy teamSupervisor will manage the daily functions and staffing needs of theschool basedtherapy team in the assigned school districts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads a group ofschool basedtherapistin daily tasksand makes recommendations for changes to enhance efficiency andwork flow.
Orientsnewschool basedtherapiststo policies procedures and processes
Leadsschool basedtherapists in team andindividual meetings on a routine basisfor clinical supervision and staffing of cases.
Manages their own caseload ofschool basedtherapy clients including individual family and group therapy
Tracksstaff productivity levels and motivatesteam to meet productivitydocumentationand clinical expectations
Providessupport for SBT staff in times of crisis to support clinical needs in the moment
SupportsSBT staff with training and knowledge of personal and community resources
Ability to perform all functions of aschool basedtherapist including individual family and group therapy as well as coordination of care with school staff families and other stakeholders in the community.
Setsthe standard ofexcellent customer service and collaboration between SBT and school staff
Communicatesroutinely withdirector of school based behavioral healthoperational success
Servesas liaison betweenschool basedtherapists and director of school based behavioral healthfor purposes of developingappropriate processesto support patient care and productivity standards
Ensures on call schedule is up to date on the team portal and communicated to the team
Evaluates processes and make recommendations to maximize efficient patient care
Attainsestablished standards of productivity.
Observesall rules of confidentiality relating to clinical information and treatment both internally and when dealing with external agencies and/or individuals.
Responsiblefor understanding patientsrightspolicy and procedures.
Participates instaff training and development.
Serveson designated committees within the organization.
Maintainsprofessional standards at all times.Observesthe guidelinesestablishedwithin MAHEC policy and procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A team of 6-8 School based therapists
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Masterdegree in mental health socialworkor related field with a minimumof 2 years experience. The ideal candidate would also have at least 1 yr of experience in supervision.
Required Licenses.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
SCHEDULE:
Typical business hours are Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (or flexed to best meet the needs ofthe clients and/or the Department);40 hoursper workweek; weekend holiday or evening coverage is occasionally. Work hours will need to be flexiblein order torespond to special work assignments or evening activities as requested by thedirector ofschool basedbehavioral health.
