Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The OT will assess plan and implement individualized therapy programs designed to help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength coordination and functional abilities
Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs)
Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Minimum Qualifications

Active state Occupational Therapist license (must be current)
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
