Key Performance Outputs
Employee Information & Record Management
- Capture and maintain accurate employee data on FCS
- Keep uptodate confidential digital and hardcopy records
Time & Attendance Coordination
- Verify and input daily weekly and monthly attendance data
- Produce signoff reports for managers and ensure timely approvals
- Capture leave information accurately
- Prepare wage data for payroll and assist in resolving payroll queries
- Support investigations related to absenteeism or attendance discrepancies
Reporting & Administration
- Act as the primary contact for timekeeping and leave queries
- Produce weekly attendance leave and overtime reports
- Assist with internal/external audits
- Ensure data integrity within the FCS systems
Requirements
- Senior Certificate / Matric
- At least 2 years experience in time & attendance processing for large teams
- Strong computer literacy (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Understanding of BCEA & LRA
- Experience with FCS or UIF documentation (advantageous)
