Job Summary

Lead the commercial strategy of the organization ensuring revenue growth market expansion and the development of a high-performing sales team

Oversee all aspects of sales operations including deal structuring negotiations and strategic relationship management
Key Responsibilities

Drive overall sales strategy and ensure company sales targets are met

Guide and mentor Business Developers on contract negotiations client deal structuring and closing tactics

Source large high-quality leads and manage strategic relationships

Ensure SOP compliance and improve divisional efficiencies

Build and develop a high-performing sales team
Qualifications

Minimum: BCom in Business Administration or Marketing

Ideal: Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or MBA
Experience

8 years in senior commercial or sales leadership roles within Solar Power Manufacturing or Engineering sectors
