the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational performance and partnering with all functions to drive cost control improve efficiency and ensure financial discipline.
- Lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the plant ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for capex proposals and oversee effective working capital management.
- Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to drive digitization and automation of reporting enabling better visibility and decision-making. Initiate and champion process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to deliver value and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls and compliances at the plant to ensure effective operations
- Ensuring statutory compliances statutory audit and GST reconciliation and coordination with departments
Who are we looking for
Education & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant Rank holder or first attempt preferrable.
- 4-6 Years of experience. Manufacturing experience of minimum 2 years is preferrable.
