Position: Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Finance Procurement & Inventory)
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid
Engagement Mode: Full Time
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
About the role: We are looking for experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP rollouts with expertise across Financials Procurement and Inventory modules. This is a client-facing in-person role based in Chennai with the expectation to drive successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects ensuring delivery within scope budget and timelines
Work hands-on with Finance Procurement and Inventory modules
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical functional and business stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans track milestones manage risk and report progress to senior leadership.
Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and implementation teams.
Ensure proper documentation training and change management throughout project lifecycle
Prepare for and support post-implementation phases including the upcoming EPM rollout beyond the initial 8-month scope
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years as an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager
Strong functional knowledge of Fusion Financials Procurement and Inventory modules
Demonstrated success in at least two full-cycle Fusion ERP implementations
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills
Ability to work onsite in Chennai and engage with cross-functional teams
PMP / Prince2 or Oracle Project Management certifications (preferred not mandatory)
