We are seeking a proactive professional to manage client relationships and coordinate sales activities for our Facility Management and Property Management services. The role involves handling client communication supporting contract execution and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a single point of contact for apartment associations and property clients
Handle client queries complaints and service requests
Ensure timely coordination with operations and maintenance teams
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Monitor contract renewals and client retention
Sales Coordination:
Support the marketing team with follow-ups and documentation
Prepare proposals quotations and service agreements
Coordinate site visits and meetings
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Assist in billing and payment follow-ups
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Real Estate / Facility Management preferred
CRM knowledge and documentation handling
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
Experience Required:
27 years in CRM / Sales Coordination / Real Estate / Facility Management
