1. Distribution & Outlet Expansion (CORE)

Drive aggressive numeric distribution across Eastern & Central UP.

Appoint manage and rationalize distributors to ensure high ROI and serviceability.

Own beat planning and ensure 100% coverage discipline.
2. Sales Execution & Discipline

Enforce rigorous daily reporting beat adherence and productivity norms.

Track and optimize: Primary/Secondary sales Range Reach (SKU/PC) and Productive Calls (PC%).
3. Team Leadership & Performance

Lead ASMs and Senior ASEs with clear uncompromising accountability.

Coach top performers and act decisively on consistent under-performers.
4. SKU Expansion & Visibility
-
Drive basket selling across the portfolio: Atta Besan Spices Salt and Daliya.

Ensure dominant eye-level visibility and strict display compliance.

Eliminate scheme misuse and prioritize the push of high-margin SKUs.
5. Market Development
-
Identify and prioritize high-potential towns and underserved routes.

Secure partnerships with wholesalers bulk buyers and Institutional Sales (ISS) where relevant.

Execute New Product Development (NPD) launches with speed scale and control.
