Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :-
Develop and maintain MIS reports dashboards and automated workflows using Zoho tools for inventory tracking billing data entry and report generation.
Perform advanced Excel tasks including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Macros and VBA for data analysis trend forecasting and ad-hoc reporting.
Ensure data accuracy through validation cleaning from multiple sources and collaboration with teams on inventory sales and billing metrics.
Generate daily weekly and monthly reports with visualizations to support decision-making and process improvement
Requirements
2-5 years of experience working with Zoho (CRM/ERP/Analytics) for MIS reporting dashboards inventory management billing and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data entry report generation and complex analysis; familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce IT or related field
